Three yea rs ago, I was really struggling with a pretty severe eating disorder. My body image was not very good at the time, so I was trying to lose as much weight as possible and stay super skinny for as long as could. When I realized that my attempt to get professional help hadn’t worked, I decided to heal myself, which began with my diet.
